Hi,

so for I am quite impressed by the possibililties of this template. I am right now stuck with 2 moreissues:

1. I already installed the extension JEvents. I would like to put the month based calender view into this fancy left slider menu. Is this also available for the cube template?
2. I chose responsible in the template parameters. But when I now shrink my desktop screen or look at the page via my mobile (test.safaricar.de) the menu is sticky but turns into a black bar, where no icon or something else shows me where to click to get the menu.

Can you maybe help me with both issues? Many thanks so far.

Hello Support,

I do have this challenge as attached in the screenshot each time I am trying to select a JSN Uniform Form via a Menu Item,.
Below is the process I followed.

1. Select Menu Item Type
2. Select JSN Uniform Tab
3. Select JSN Uniform Tab -Single Form

Then the attached error comes up.

Please kindly investigate on what could be the cause?
My Joomla Version is: 3.4.8
I await your feedback soonest

currently my clients have set their own media folder. This makes it easy for them to find their own images. When you click on the image element, it opens the media folder as root. Is there a way to change this so it goes to a specific folder?

I just installed jsn mobilize and set up a profile. When opening the 'design' link, the top logo module is showing a php error, as follows:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/mhlas487/public_html/administrator/components/com_mobilize/libraries/joomlashine/mobilize.php on line 179

I'm running joomla 3.4.x and the template is jsn megazine.

Hi

On all my sites using Pagebuilder, when I select an appearing animation on an image, the image doesn't come back when we scroll up or down, or when we change the width of the page.

Is there a solution ?

Hi,

I follow the instruction and install the JSN Boot 3.0.2 as I did for a colleague's website. Template was installed successfully. I would like to install sample data, but I get a red message "Cannot extract sample data package". However all the permission are 755 as recommended.

Hi,

When I go to install the new release on 1and1 hosting (I have not had this issue on other hosting servers) I am getting a Fatal error: Call to a member function set() on null in /homepages/8/d522265559/htdocs/joomtmp/install_56b164578ea60/admin/jsninstaller.php on line 1154

Any idea of what this could be?

I just want to know why the Joomla and JSN Framework upgrade messed up the site?

Joomla version: Joomla 3.1.1
Upgraded to: Joomla 3.2.7

Framework: 2.0.0 - Update to 3.0.6
Template: 5.1.0 - version Update to 6.1.1

I just upgraded to pro page builder and ever since I downloaded and installed it, I have no access to page builder at all. I am desperate here as I am not too familiar with the coding end of things and page builder is what I prefer. Please help.

Hi,

I installed an email form on my website using JSN Uniform. Emails are coming in but remain in the backend of my site. JSN Uniform does not send notifications to the email address I included into the configuration. I tried to solve it testing the mass mail function in the backend but no success. What can I do, please?

Hi
1°) Can you confirm me that the utility XRAY mentioned in the Customization manual of JSN Tendo PRO Unlimited (which is not yet available at the URL www.westciv.com/xray) was replaced by X-RAY Goggles.

2°) I don't know how and where use the content of the files "bg-master.psd", "jsn-tendo-design.psd" and "jsn-tendo-design_module-styles.psd" (delivered with the JSN Tendo PRO unlimited Graphics package) in my template JSN Tendo .
Have you got an example of the use of each one, and which parameters or element are concerned by those in my template ?

Hi,

I created a menu and a sub-menu assigned to an item.
I don't find how to configure the first level of menu so that it is assigned to any item (that is no action when we click on it).
What value of the parameter "Type of menu link" selected for this?

JSN Uniform Pro installed and working fine for months with simple contact form. Now I can no longer edit the existing form or create a new one. Duplicate does create a copy, however I can't edit that either. When attempting edit or new, just get the "loading" symbol. JSN Uniform Pro v3.3.1 , PHP v5.4.43and Joomla v3.4.8. I have just bought and downloaded Dona Template PRO version package. I have downloaded and installed but failed to install Jsn_dona_kunena.
The zip file is named jsn_dona_kunena_unzip_me_first so I tried to unzip it first. But how do I now install it?!? I tried to install the Zip file but I get an error that there is no XML setup file. and when I try to point at the unzip directrory I get an error that there is no install package?!? How do I install this package??!?

Well, guys I tried really hard but couldn't manage to get a fullscreen slideshow on both tablet and smartphone. I would like to recreate the nice and warm effect I get on laptops/desktop version, where that slideshow really is 100% fullscreen. Even changing the height value in the module the side won't change its height.
Can you help?

Hello JSN,

We are having an issue whereby iframe's containing PDF's are appearing in front of our menus.
This is only happening in IE11.
Please see screen shot.

Here is a test page you can use to see the issue: casite-539543.cloudaccess.net/home/ngtest.html
Once there and the PDF is loaded please hover over the HOME menu item so you can see the issue (as in the screen shot).

You assistance is greatly appreciated...!

Hi,
I'm using JSN Glass PRO version plus Hikashop Business edition component.
The problem is that alignment on firefox browser is not same as other browsers. Almost on all browsers alignment looks ok except firefox. Please check the attached file.
