Hi,
1) I have bought Jsn gruve pro template and am now setting up a school site but when I try to update the content it was giving me a problem inserting \"\""\" in the place of my image and not appearing.
2) Also I when I edit the content of my article the original fonts and sizes are use are altered to default font and size.
3) I equally bought Imageshow Pro. and one of the images is having error message and when I delete that particular pictures then another image also pick up that error again. The image will be shown half way and dark below that image.
Please what can I do to correct all these.

Hi,

I lost the password to my account and can not log in anymore.
I can not recover the password becuase the email address registered no longer exists because I change to the domain name.

Please help so that I can update my JSN ImageShow PRO STANDARD. It's not working now.

I also send a mail but got no answer.

Dear JoomlaShine people,

I am using JSN Reta Pro in relaunch.klangundbild.de.
I noticed that menu display of JSN Reta on mobile devices only displays first level menu items (take.ms/R55g8). There seems to be now way to access second-level menu items like i.e. in JSN Dona, where you have a little "+" indicating the sub-levels (take.ms/SDiU6).
Anything I can do about this?

Hello, last year you solved this probelm for me, the menu is "cutted" , please see URL :



you told me to do so :

> You go to Administrator >>> Extensions >>> Template Manager >>>
> your_jsn_template, in template details, you open tab 'SEO and system settings'
> and enter this file (custom.css) for option called 'Custom CSS File', so your website will load this

i did, but latly i built the site from scratch on joomla 3.4.8 and i did it again but it's not working anymore, what should i do now ?

I've just installed UniForm 3.3.2 and want to do the MailChimp integrations, but according to the manual, page 49, in the action tab, I can't see any MailChimp settings under “Post Submission Action”, see screenshot.

1. How to insert the result data after form submission on article?
I know it can be done by creating menu and then choose JSN Uniform Submission, but is there anyway to insert it in article instead of creating a menu for just showing the table?

2. How to rearrange data table?
for example, the first column is address, the second column is name. I want column name is on first then address

Following our upgrade to 2.0.3 when viewed in desktop mode the word menu appears in the top left hand corner next to the displayed Main Menu... here is the source for this <li class="jsn-menu-mobile-control">Menu <span class="close-menu"></span></li>

When viewed on an iPad for example this disappears and there is now no icon to show a mobile menu.

Clearly an issue with the Menu and Site tools in the template.

Hi, we had purchased Epic Pro template standard version for our website before. Now while looking to do latest updates through Joomla it is looking for unlimited version and hence not allowing us to update since we haven't bought that. Can you let me know what would be the issue and why its not just updating standard version that we bought? Unfortunately I wont be able to allow any access to site admin directly.

After upgrading the template earlier to 2.0.3 we note that in the top left, when viewing in desktop mode, the word "menu" appears where nothing should be shown. Here is the code snippet <li class="jsn-menu-mobile-control">Menu <span class="close-menu"></span></li> from the page source

When you view the same in mobile mode on an ipad for instance no icon is displayed to view the menu.

Some issue in Menu and Site Tools??

Just checked and clearly other sites having similar issue.

I can also confirm that the word "menu" disappears if you navigate to the site without prefixing with "www."

Hi,
I've been encourred currently a problem when i tried to use UniIcon on my menu items. I've done as explained in the official tutorial pdf (jsn-epic-configuration-manual, page 65). But unfortunately, there is no change. I'm using EPIC PRO UNLIMITED 6.1.1
I'd like to know what is wrong. Any help will be higthly appreciated.
